Experimental device support was provided for multiple intelligence fusion machining strategy of super hard materials as well as ultrasonic vibration grinding and micropits texture formation on composite blade and the influence law of distribution. The assisted system was develpoed of rotary ultrasonic machining for electric discharge machine (EDM) platform based on efficiency and micropits texture driving. The platform was adopted of the open computer numercial control (CNC) system based on industrial personal computer (PC), which realized the automatic rotary ultrasonic machining (RUM). In addition, the key technology was designed of CNC system as the software or hardware structure, the function module division, numerical control and interface design, pulse power supply design and so on. The results show that the operation of whole system is safe and reliable.
