Abstract:The software Pro/E was used to build the three dimensional (3D) model of the coordinator of selfpropelled gun. The software Recurdyn was used to build the virtual prototype model of the coordinator after the model was simplified, then verification was carried out by integrating with experimental data for the correctness of sample. By setting the failure parameters of driving motor and hydraulic system, the model was dynamically analyzed with simulation. By comparing normal simulation values with results from failure simulation, the impacts of simulation results by different failure parameters of the hydrauliccontrol system were obtained. It is valuable reference for failure detecton and troubleshooting of the coordinator of hydrauliccontrol system.
