Abstract:Aiming at high speed machining of integral impeller, orthogonal cutting experiments considering the cutting speed, feed rate per tooth and cutting depth were performed. Taguchi method was applied to analyze the experiment results.The influences of cutting parameters on surface roughness and cutting time were preliminarily determined.Then, analysis of variance was used for further processing of the experimental results, the contribution of cutting parameters to experimental results and the optimal parameter combination were acquired. After the machining verification of integral impeller, the surface roughness of the blade is ensured to Ra08 μm, and the processing efficiency is improved 3 times, so the high efficiency machining of integral impeller is achieved.
