The openness and portability of traditional engraving machine control system are poor, which hinder the development of engraving machine industry. A kind of engraving machine control system was designed based on the motion controller, the designs of hardware and software of the system were introduced. The system has good openness. It has certain significance to the development of the engraving machine industry.
