    摘要:

    提出一种滴灌阀结构,详细分析其工作原理。计算了理论开启压力,建立其三维模型,并运用FLUENT完成了流场仿真分析,得到了滴灌阀流道的压力分布云图和速度分布云图。仿真结果表明:滴灌阀结构合理,满足设计性能指标要求。

    Abstract:

    Based on the proposed structure of a dripvalve, its operation principle was analyzed in detail. The theoretical opening pressure of the dripvalve was calculated. Then the simulation analysis to its flow field was completed with FLUENT after its 3D model was built. The contours of pressure and velocity of the dripvalve’〖KG-*2〗s flow field were gotten. It is shown that the structure of the dripvalve is reasonable and it can meet the design performance requirements.
