    摘要:

    设计了利用单项支撑转子超声波悬浮的高速电机,采用压电换能器、永磁同步电机主轴,换能器辐射端面与主轴悬浮支撑帽均采用锥度相同的圆锥形结构,以保证主轴高速旋转时高度自动定心。测试结果表明:当超声波电源输出功率在500 W时,主轴转速达到20 000 r/min以上,悬浮间隙超过100 nm,大于两接触面粗糙度总和,主轴运转平稳,无接触摩擦噪声,不存在电磁耦合所导致的转矩波动和径向振动问题。 

    Abstract:

    A highspeed motor based on single supporting rotor ultrasonic levitation technology was designed. The motor has piezoelectric transducer and permanent magnet synchronous motor spindle. In order to ensure that the selfcentering on the height of the highspeed rotation spindle,the radiation end face of the piezoelectric transducer and the spindle suspension support cap were designed to be the same conical taper structure. The test results show that when the output power of ultrasonic motor at 500 W, the spindle speed of over 20 000 r/min, the levitation gap of over 100 nm, and greater than the sum of the two contact surface Ra. The spindle running stable and without contact friction noise, torque ripple and radial vibration caused by the electromagnetic coupling doesnt produce.
