    摘要:

    以载重汽车为研究对象,以车辆的驱动性和燃油经济性为考量指标,结合液压混合动力系统和油电混合动力系统的优缺点,设计一种新型混合动力系统——油电液混合动力系统。阐述该系统的结构及各部件的选择依据,并确定车辆运行的工作模式。在AMESim软件平台上,分别对油电混合动力和液压混合动力的能量回收进行仿真。结果表明:车辆的驱动性和燃油经济性有明显提高,其液压部分相较于传统的液压混合动力汽车节约油耗25.9%,油电部分节约22.2%,总油耗节约24.1%。

    Abstract:

    Taking the heavy truck as research object, using the driving performance and fuel economy as the indexes for consideration, combining the advantages and disadvantages of the hydraulic hybrid system and electrical hybrid system, a new dynamical system——oilelectrichydraulic hybrid system was designed. The structure of the system and the selection basis for the system components were elaborated, and the work pattern of the vehicle movement was formulated. The energy recoveries of hybrid power system and hydraulic hybrid power system were simulated by using AMESim software. The results show that the driving performance and fueleconomy of the vehicle have improved obviously, the hydraulic section have saved 25.9% in fuel consumption compared to traditional hydraulic hybrid car,hybrid power have saved 22.2%,the total fuel consumption have saved 24.1%.
