    摘要:

    以采用直流伺服电动机的通过传动装置驱动泵变量斜盘的电动伺服变量柱塞泵为研究对象,对其电动伺服变量特性进行研究,给出了其通过对直流伺服电动机的控制实现变量泵的恒压变量、恒流量变量和恒功率变量的设计方案,并基于AMESim软件对上述变量控制方案进行了仿真分析。结果表明:结合相应的压力和流量传感信号,只需要通过对直流伺服电动机的控制,便可以非常方便地实现电动伺服变量柱塞泵的各种不同变量目的,满足实际需求。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the variable displacement characteristics of electrical servo variable displacement piston pump, whose the swash plate was driven by a DC servo motor through a transmission mechanism, the variable displacement designs of constant pressure, constant flow rate and constant power were achieved in this pump by controlling the DC servo motor. Based on AMESim, the simulation analysis of the above-mentioned variable displacement control designs were carried out. It has shown that by using the corresponding pressure and flow sensor signals and only through the DC servo motor control, the different variable displacement aims could be achieved in this electrical servo variable displacement piston pump and the actual demands for this pump could be met.
