Abstract:Due to the complex chemical composition of plastic cement, it is difficult to precisely control the holding time, injection pressure and process temperature during the forming process of complex work-piece with plastic cement. Based on multimodal control, the paper explored the strong robustness strategy during this forming process. By using comparative research method for control strategy, this paper summarized up the process characteristics in cybernetics, explored the control strategy of strong robustness based on human simulated intelligence, and constructed the multi-modal control algorithm for the plastic work-piece forming process. Taking the control of process temperature as an example, the experimental simulations have confirmed the good dynamic and static control quality of strong robustness control strategy proposed in this paper. The experimental results showed that it is reasonable and feasible to strong robustness control strategy explored in the paper.
