    摘要:

    设计了一套基于LabVIEW的船舶压载水远程监控系统。详细介绍了监控系统的总体设计和硬件构成,以及各功能模块实现的关键技术。实验表明:该系统运行稳定可靠、能较好实现压载过程远程数据传输和实时监控。该系统利用LabVIEW虚拟仪器开发平台,结合可编程逻辑控制器(PLC),基于OPC(Object Linking and Embedding for Process Control)通讯协议实现了压载过程各参数的实时采集和控制,并利用DataSocket技术实现了远程监控。

    Abstract:

    A marine ballast water monitoring and control system was designed based on LabVIEW. Details of the overall design and hardware configuration of monitoring system were introduced, as well as the key technologies to achieving functional modules. Experimental results show that: the system is stable and reliable, able to better realize data transmission and realtime process monitoring of the ballast water system. The system uses LabVIEW virtual instrument (VI) development platform, combined with a programmable logic controller (PLC), which based on Object Linking and Embedding for Process Control (OPC) communication protocol to achieve a realtime acquisition and process control ballast of each parameter, and using DataSocket technology to achieve remote monitoring.
