Abstract:According to the basic structure, working principle and valve system characteristics of strokerelated variable damping hydraulic shock absorber, the analytic expression of flexural deformation of annular valve plates under uniformly distributed load was deduced using the basic theory of elastic mechanics. The simulation model of strokerelated variable damping hydraulic shock absorber was established in the multidisciplinary system simulation software AMESim based on the above analytic expression. And the influence of the structure parameters and the valves parameters on damping features was analyzed using the simulation model. The results show that the equivalent area of bypass throttling groove has influence both on tension and compression damping force of the soft damping characteristic zone, but the influence on tension damping force is more obvious.The equivalent thickness of the recovery valve is increased, the tension damping force of the soft and hard damping characteristic zone is increased, but basically has no influence on compression damping force.The equivalent thickness of the flow valve is increased, compression damping force of the soft and hard damping characteristic zone is increased, but basically has no influence on tension damping force.
