    摘要:

    磁流变减振器利用磁流变液体黏度连续可调特性可以实现其阻尼力连续可调,结合某越野汽车半主动悬架系统的开发,设计制造了单出杆双筒双线圈磁流变减振器,通过台架试验得出其阻尼力可控倍数达7倍左右,最后通过操纵稳定性试验研究了在不同的车速下汽车的横摆角速度、侧倾角和侧向加速度的变化情况。结果表明:各参数值下降幅值达20%左右,极大提高了汽车的操纵稳定性。

    Abstract:

    The continuous variation damping force of Magnetorheological damper is realized by the continuous variation of magnetorheological fluid viscosity. A magnetorheological damper with single dualcoil rod binoculars was designed in the experiment based on development of a semiactive suspension system in the offroad vehicle and its damping force was proved to have a 7time increase by the bench experiment. The three parameters, the vehicle yaw rate and the lateral acceleration as well as the roll angle, were tested by the experiment of trying vehicle steeringstability. The result shows that their values decrease by about 20% respectively at different speed, which improves the steeringstability of vehicles at a great level.
