The controller based multinode static loading system was designed,and analysis of characteristics of the hydraulic power system was carried out.The parameter selftuning proportionintegrationdifferential (PID) controller was designed based on fuzzy control theory.A joint simulation of static load control system was carried out through LabVIEW/AMESim.The simulation results prove that the fuzzy PID controller has strong antijamming capability and better dynamic response of the system.The test results prove that each node has a good performance in the coordination in the process of loading,improving loading precision.

    摘要:

    设计了基于控制器的多节点静力加载系统,并对液压动力系统特性进行了分析。基于模糊控制理论设计了参数自整定PID(比例-积分-微分)控制器,采用LabVIEW/AMESim对静力加载控制系统进行了联合仿真,仿真表明模糊PID控制器具有良好的抗干扰能力,改善了静力加载系统的动态响应。试验结果证明,各节点在加载过程中具有良好的协调性能,提高了加载的精度。
