    摘要:

    针对液压泵在吸油过程中容易出现吸油不足的问题,设计了一种环形多喷嘴射流辅助吸油装置。在考虑装置尺寸要求和工况条件下,吸油装置的面积比应适当取大。建立辅助吸油装置的计算流体动力学三维模型,利用Fluent软件研究了喷嘴个数、喷嘴入射角、喉嘴距、吸入室角度、喉管长度等参数对环形多喷嘴辅助吸油装置性能的影响。结果表明:在保证喷嘴出口总截面积相同的条件下,喷嘴个数n越少越好,即n=2时效率最高;在一定范围内,喉嘴距和喷嘴入射角对效率的影响不大,入射角一般取值在20°~35°之间,喉嘴距取值接近喉管入口直径较好;吸入室角度对装置的影响很小,在计算的14°~52°时效率变化不大;环形射流装置的最优喉管长径比为2~25。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem of insufficient oilabsorption of hydraulic pump,an annular multinozzle auxiliary oil suction device based on the principle of jetflow was designed.Considering the size requirements and working conditions,the oil suction device with big area ratio was chose.A CFD model of the device was made,the influence of nozzle numbers,incident angle of nozzle,distance between the nozzle and throat,suction chamber angle,length of throat on the efficiency of the device were researched by Fluent.The results show that under the condition that the sum of nozzle exit area is unchanged,the nozzle number is less,the better efficiency.When the nozzle number is 2,the efficiency is best.Within a certain range,the effect of incident angle and distance between the nozzle and throat is very small,and the incident angle normally ranging between 20°~35°,and the distance need to close to inlet diameter of throat.the effect of suction chamber angle is also small,when the angle ranging between 14°~52°,efficiency of the device is almost unchanged.when the ratio of length and diameter of throat ranging between 2~25,the efficiency is better.
