    摘要:

    为了研究静态模式下磁流变液的法向力现象,自行设计搭建了一套磁流变液法向力测试系统。该系统包括磁路部分、机械部分和数据采集部分。利用磁流变液设计的测试装置,对磁流变液法向力进行了研究。结果表明:在静态模式下,磁流变液的法向力会随着磁场的增加而增加,并逐步达到最大值,然后逐渐下降最终趋于稳定。在正应力增加的阶段,法向力和磁感应强度之间的关系可以用式FN=4 667B248进行描述。

    Abstract:

    For researching the normal force phenomena in static mode for Magnetorheological (MR) fluid, the test system of normal force for MR fluid was designed and established. The system was included of magnetic circuit, mechanical part and data acquisition, and etc. By utilizing test system designed by MR fluid, normal force of MR fluid was researched. The results show that, in the static mode, with the magnetic flux density increasing, the normal force will increase gradually until the maximum, and then reduce to a steady value. During the increasing stage of positive stress, the relationship between magnetic flux density and normal force can be expressed as in formula FN=4 667B248.
