    摘要:

    单囊式空气弹簧是一种承载能力及刚度均可调的强烈非线性元件,其承载特性不仅取决于内部气压,还取决于几何特性和壳体材料性质。根据其结构特点,利用旋转体容积计算公式,推导出其内部容积随压缩位移变化的数学表达式,并基于理想气体状态方程建立负载力随压缩位移变化的数学模型以及理论特性曲线。将所测得的实际负载力-压缩位移变化特性曲线与理论曲线对比,验证了两者之间的非线性关系以及变化趋势。推导出在不同初始充气压强下负载力-压缩位移计算表达式,为空气弹簧的选型和设计提供理论基础。

    Abstract:

    Bellows type air spring is a kind of strong nonlinear resistance elements and its loadbearing and its stiffness both can be adjusted by internal air pressure. Its characteristics of loadbearing and stiffness characteristics not only depend on air pressure, but also on its geometry and shell material property. According to the special structural properties of the bellows air spring and using the formula for rotator volume, the calculating formula of its inside volume changed with the compression displacement and the capsule air pressure were deduced. The mathematical model of load force changed with the compression displacement and theoretic characteristic curves were established based on state equations of ideal gas. The nonlinear relationship and changing trends between load force and compression displacement were verified by compared the actual loadcompression changing characteristic curves of displacement and the theoretic curves. The decuded calculating formula of load forcedispalcement compression with different initial inflation pressure provides a theoretical basis for the selection and design for air spring.
