Abstract:A miniature dredge pipeline dredge vehicle system design scheme was presented. The dredging driving system was the key component of the autonomous drainage dredging robot, achieving the function of dredging by means of driving the executive component. In the new dredging driving system, the synchronous belt was used as the executive component, the hydraulic motor was used as the actuator.Comparing with the traditional motor driving system, it is of fast speed of response, sensitiveness, wide speed regulating scope and long service life. The research on dredging driving system of the autonomous drainage dredging robot will improve the efficiency of dredging.
