    摘要:

    为研究狭缝节流气体止推轴承流场特性,利用运动方程、连续性方程及气体状态方程推导了流场的压力分布公式、质量流量公式和最佳刚度条件,并在一定的参数条件下计算了轴承的承载和刚度。理论分析和计算结果表明,在其他参数相同的条件下,轴承的承载力和质量流量随狭缝的宽度的增加而增加;随着狭缝深度的增加而减小;在其它结构参数相同的条件下,随着狭缝深度的增加,最大刚度对应的气膜厚度逐渐减小,最大刚度值增加;随着狭缝宽度的减小,最大刚度对应的气膜厚度逐渐减小,最大刚度值增加。

    Abstract:

    The flow characteristics of gas thrust bearings with slot restrictors were studied. The gas flow field pressure distribution formula, mass flow equations and optimal stiffness conditions were derived from the equations of motion, continuity equation and the equation of state, and the carrying capacity and stiffness of the bearing were calculated under certain parameter conditions. The theoretical analysis and calculation results show that under the conditions with other same parameters, the both of its carrying capacity and mass flow increase with increasing of the width of its slot, but decreases with the depth of its slot increasing. Under the same other structural conditions as well, with the increasing of the depth of the slot, the corresponding maximum stiffness to a gas film thickness gradually decreases, while the maximum stiffness increase. With slot width decreasing, the maximum stiffness to a gas film thickness gradually decreases, and the maximum stiffness increases.
