    摘要:

    研究了精密叶轮的三坐标测量机(CMM)测量路径规划,首先进行了精密叶轮的顶层测量规划:被测零件的定位、CMM测头的空间姿态优化和坐标系的匹配。然后实现了精密叶轮的底层测量路径规划:测量点的选择、分组、排序。采用参数线法生成了理论测量路径,分析了CMM各种扫描测量方式,构造了边界曲面,并对精密叶轮表面采用UV曲面划分测量,从而实现了对精密叶轮的CMM测量。

    Abstract:

    The measuring path planning of the precise impeller based on the three coordinate machines (CMM) was researched. The path planning in CMM was divided into two parts: the top level path planning and the underlying path planning. The top level path planning was contained of the positioning of the impeller, the selection of the measuring tip of CMM, and the optimization of measuring heads space gesture, the matching of the coordinates systems. The underlying path planning was contained of the selecting, grouping andordering of the measuring points. The theoretical measuring path was generated by constructing the parameter line. The scanning method of CMM was analyzed. The boundary surface was constracted. The precision impeller surface was measured with UV surface partitioning, and the precise CMM measuring of the impeller was realized.
