Abstract:According to the feature of high loading and high flow for the hydraulic lifting system of the large mining dump truck, referring to the lifting hydraulic system principle of overseas similar vehicle, the new lifting hydraulic system schematic diagram with 6 plate type cartridge valves and 2 threaded cartridge valve was designed, by which four movements of lifting, stopping, dropping, floating were realized. Taking some model of mining dump truck as example, the modeling and simulation process were finished using Automation Studio software, the lifting cylinder's displacement, piston chamber pressure and rod chamber pressure curves during the lifting process were obtained over time scale. Then, the pressure impacts when all levels of cylinders stretching out, the lifting transforming to the stopping and the stopping transforming to the dropping were known by the simulation results, and the biggest impact peak valve was 29.0 MPa.
