Sleevetype parts generally consist of hole, cylinder, face and grooves.The inner peripheral surface and outer peripheral surface are the main work surfaces. The required shape accuracy and positional accuracy are high, the required surface roughness is small, the hole wall thickness is thin and easy to be deformed in the machining process caused by clamping force, cutting force and cutting heat. Therefore, the key of processing sleevetype parts is to ensure the mutual position accuracy of the main surface and to prevent deformation. Aiming at large diameter sleevetype parts processing, a kind of selfcentering special fixture was designed and manufactured. Then the clamping and locating problems to this sleevetype parts are solved, the machining accuracy is ensured and the productivity is improved.
