    摘要:

    某煤矿是立井,综采支架入井前分解成部件,通过罐笼、平板车运到综采工作面。井下空间小,大型起吊设备不能使用,之前顶梁等大的部件全靠工人用手拉葫芦安装拆卸。为此,研制了综采工作面液压支架拆装起吊架,降低了工人的劳动强度,提高了拆装速度,提高了工作效率,工人安全也得到了保障。

    Abstract:

    A coal mine is a vertical well. Before entering it, the fully mechanized support is dismantled into parts, and sent into the well through the cage, then they are transported by a flat car to the fully mechanized coal face. Underground space is little, the large lifting equipment can not be used, before the top beam and other large parts are removed fully by workers manually by chain hoist installation and dismantling. Therefore, the hydraulic support disassembling hanger of fully mechanized working face was developed.Then the labor intensity for workers is reduced and the speed of disassembling is improved, work efficiency is improved, and the security of workers is guaranteed.
