Abstract:Fuel transfer system is one of the key equipments of fuel handling and refueling system in nuclear power plant. In order to research on dynamic characteristics of fuel transfer system of mechanics and hydraulics coupling system, a cosimulation model of mechanism of dynamics and hydraulic control was established. Fuel transfer system of upending process was researched by numerical simulation. Dynamic performance parameters, such as fuel basket angular velocity, rotate angle, hydraulic cylinder excursion force were obtained. Results show that the fuel transfer system based on the hydraulic driven, whose fuel basket can realize the overturning fuel assembly between horizontal and vertical state; fuel basket can run steadily and brake smoothly in the entire upending process, the maximum speed is 798 〖BF〗(°)/s〖BFQ〗, no speed becomes steep, which can achieve the design goal.
