    摘要:

    针对混凝土构件养护的工艺特点,基于PLC、变频调速、组态软件和OPC技术设计了混凝土构件码垛控制系统,实现了混凝土预制构件的自动蒸养;将认址技术应用在码垛车行走系统中,保证系统具有精确的位置控制精度;在程序设计时充分考虑了互锁条件,保证了系统运行的安全性能。用户使用情况表明:该码垛系统在生产线运行稳定,极大地提高了生产效率。

    Abstract:

    In view of the steam curing craft of concrete component, a stacking machine for precast concrete was designed based on PLC, frequency control, configuration software and OPC technology, which was used for automatic steam curing concrete. The addressing technique was applied to walking system of the stacking machine,to guarantee precise position control of the control system. The interlocking conditions were taken into full account while programs were developed, thus the safety performance could be guaranteed. Customer's feedback indicates that the stacking system runs stably, moreover productivity is improved greatly.
