Abstract:By means of fuzzy fault tree analysis method, the reliability tool magazine system was researched. The model of fuzzy fault tree of tool magazine system was established. The ascending method was used to find minimal cutting sets about the fault tree top events. Due to the expression of fuzzy numbers instead of real number was able to reasonable objective uncertainty information, using triangular fuzzy number to describe the fault probability interval, quantitative analysis on the established the fault tree and the calculation of fuzzy probability importance degrees of bottom events were carried out to get the top events and each subsystem of probability and to find impact of the weak links and key events. The results indicate that “loose tight set of inflation” for tool magazine system is the main cause of faults. The method reduces the difficulty of accuracy in obtaining the bottom events, which meets practical requirements in engineering.
