摘要:

以通快(TRUMPF)数控切管机、激光切割机、数控冲床出现的关于Profibus-DP报文为例，从非稳定性故障和稳定性故障2个角度详细分析了引起数控机床中Profibus-DP网络故障的原因，并给出相应的诊断方法和处理过程。

Abstract:

According to Profibus-DP messages occurred at TruLaser Tube and TruLaser and Trupunch made by TRUMPF, the reasons resulting in Profibus-DP network failures in NC machines were detailedly analyzed within the perspective of the unstable and stable failures, and the corresponding diagnostic methods and the treatment processes were given.
