    摘要:

    中走丝线切割机床是一种精密的特种加工机床,加工精度高,能加工各种特殊硬质材料,但是比常规加工方式耗时,因而对其进行实时的状态监控就很有必要。针对现有国内主流的中走丝数控系统,提出2种集成监控方式,并结合嵌入式技术、人工智能、网络及移动终端编程和数据库技术研究了中走丝机床智能远程监控系统。首先,对智能远程监控系统的总体框架进行了阐述;其次,对智能远程监控系统的核心功能及其关键技术进行了详细的说明;最后,对中走丝的2种集成监控方式进行了重点说明,特别是基于人工智能技术的图像识别方法。所研究的中走丝线切割机床智能远程监控系统不仅能为机床加工人员提供方便,也能为机床维护人员解决机床故障提供支撑。

    Abstract:

    WEDM is a precision special processing machine,and the processing precision is very high,which can be used to process a variety of special hard materials.However,its processing time is more than that of the conventional way.Then the condition monitoring is very necessary.According to the numerical control system of existing domestic middle speed wire electric discharge machine (MSWEDM),two kinds of integrated monitoring mode were put forward.Combining embedded technology,artificial intelligence,network and mobile terminal programming and database technology,the intelligent telemonitoring system of MSWEDM was designed.First,the overall framework of the intelligent remote monitoring system was described;secondly,the core functions of the intelligent remote monitoring system and its key technology were described in detail;at last,the two kinds of integrated monitoring mode were highlighted,specially the image recognition method based on artificial intelligence technology.The intelligent remote monitoring system of MSWEDM can not only provide convenience for the machine tool operator,but also can provide support for the machine maintenance personnel to solve machine fault.
