    摘要:

    介绍了回填犁的发展状况、组成和功能,对回填犁的设计提出了要求,分析了回填犁的结构要素。按照设计要求与实际需要,进行了回填犁主要结构的设计,主要包括行走机构、回填机构、调整机构和支撑机架。在现有的技术基础上,搭建了回填犁试验样机,对回填犁进行陆地试验,分析了不同回填速率和犁体开合角度下牵引力的变化。试验结果表明:犁体角度增大和回填速度增加都会使牵引力增加,且角度变化对牵引力影响最大,回填速度不应超过极限,否则会使填土外溢。

    Abstract:

    The development status, composition and function of the backfill were introduced, and the requirements for the design of the backfill plough were put forward. According to the design requirements and the actual needs, the design of the main structure was carried out, which mainly included the walking mechanism, the backfill mechanism, the adjusting mechanism and the supporting frame. On the basis of the existing technology, the backfill plow experimental prototype was built, and the land experiment of backfill plough was carried out, the traction change of different backfill rate and the opening angle of plough body was analyzed. The experimental results show that the plough body angle and the backfill speed are increase, the traction will increase,and angle change is the biggest influence on traction, backfilling speed should not exceed the limit, otherwise it will enable fill spillover.
