Abstract:Considering the fact that grinding robots ask for grinding pressure, Grinding machine, PLC control system and the pressure sensor system were designed. A twodimensional curved surface rough machined, two fillet surfaces and planes were grinded as a case in point. The experiment shows that the surface polished is more smooth, high flatness. This control strategy can meet grinding robot’s demand of realtime control for pressure control, which strategy has realized automation, intelligent on grinding process.
