    摘要:

    在海洋稠油开采过程中,由于温度的限制,电潜泵采油已不能满足海上采油的要求,因此必须研制一种能够替代电潜泵的抽油设备。由于受到海洋平台的限制,广泛应用于陆上的传统式抽油机不适应于海上采油,而液压抽油机受到了广泛的关注。整理了国内外液压抽油机的研究进展与现状,分析了它们的优缺点和工作原理,分类对比了它们的平衡方法,从而得到了适用于海洋平台的液压抽油机的特点。

    Abstract:

    Due to the temperature limit during the procedure of marine heavy oil exploitation, electric submersible pump oil production cannot meet the requirements of offshore oil. A new oil pumping equipment must be developed to replace the electric submersible pumps. On account of the restriction of offshore platform, the pumping units widely used in onshore are not suitable for offshore oil production, while the hydraulic pumping units are received widespread attention. The domestic and foreign research progress and current situation of the hydraulic pumping units were summarized which advantages and disadvantages,working principle were analyzed.Their balance methods were contrasted,the characteristics of hydraulic pumping unit for offshore platform were reached.
