      为了解决张力伺服控制系统中快速响应和高精度之间的矛盾,提出了基于滑模变结构控制方法,该方法通过连续调整状态反馈控制矢量,使系统快速达到期望值。此外,重复控制降低了由于气囊材料的不均匀引起卷取轴周期性扰动。最后,对所提出的控制方法进行仿真和分析。结果表明:该控制策略能够缩短系统的调整时间,加快系统的响应速度,提高系统鲁棒性。
英文摘要:
      A control method of variable structure based on sliding mode was proposed in order to solve the contradiction between fast response and high precision in the tension servo control system. The system was quickly reached the expected value through the continuous adjustment of the state feedback control vector. In addition, repetitive control was reduced of the periodic disturbance of winding shaft caused by uneven airbag material. Finally, the control method was simulated and analyzed. The results show that the proposed control strategy can shorten adjustment time of the system, accelerate the response speed of the system, and improve the system robustness.
