Abstract:According to the research needs of the subsea production control system, in view of the equivalent simulation method for hydraulic tube of the long subsea umbilical was put forward, related theoretical basis was researched, and the corresponding mathematical model of the simulation component was derived. Based on AMESim simulation software, relying on part of the conditions of an subsea system in the South China Sea, long tube model of the hydraulic lines of its umbilical and its equivalent tube model were established, and simulation experiments were carried out. Through the analysis of response time, pressure, flow and other dynamic characteristics of the model, the equivalent analog theory underlying assumptions, and by the physical application test, the correctness and feasibility of the calculation formulas and research methods were verified. The equivalent simulation method could be used in the design of the equivalent simulation system to the hydraulic lines of long umbilical for subsea hydraulic system physical test bed.
