    摘要:

    研究液压Boost变换器驱动液压缸的双向运动特性。液压Boost变换器主要由长导管、快速开关阀和单向阀构成,由PWM信号波控制调节。通过理论和AMESim仿真分析可知:在该系统中,液压缸可以在两个方向运动,Boost变换器的输出压力要高于系统的供应压力,调节PWM信号的占空比可以控制液压缸的运动速度,并且该变换器具有节能的作用。

    Abstract:

    The twoway movement features of a hydraulic cylinder which was driven by a hydraulic Boost converter was studied.The hydraulic Boost converter which was controlled by PWM signal wave mainly consisted of the long catheter, the fastswitching valve and the check valve.Through theory analysis and AMESim simulation,the hydraulic cylinder can move in both directions, and Boost converter output pressure is higher than the system supply pressure, adjusting the duty ratio of the PWM signal can control the velocity of the hydraulic cylinder, the system has the effect of energy saving.
