Abstract:The twoway movement features of a hydraulic cylinder which was driven by a hydraulic Boost converter was studied.The hydraulic Boost converter which was controlled by PWM signal wave mainly consisted of the long catheter, the fastswitching valve and the check valve.Through theory analysis and AMESim simulation,the hydraulic cylinder can move in both directions, and Boost converter output pressure is higher than the system supply pressure, adjusting the duty ratio of the PWM signal can control the velocity of the hydraulic cylinder, the system has the effect of energy saving.
