    摘要:

    以大型平台自调平为研究对象,给出了平台自调平的调平方法和策略,通过液压调平系统来实现调平,在AMESim环境下对其调平液压系统进行建模和仿真,利用千斤顶液压系统的流量、位移等曲线分析了平台自调平的动态过程。仿真结果证明:所建模型及复杂工况下该调平方法的合理性,为类似自调平液压系统的分析与设计提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    By taking the large platform of selfleveling as the research object, the platform of selfleveling of leveling method and strategy was given. Leveling was realized through hydraulic leveling system, and the leveling of hydraulic system modeling and simulation was done in AMESim environment. By using the curves of jack hydraulic system of flow and displacement, the dynamic process of selflevling of platform was analyzed. The simulation results prove the rationality of the established model and the leveling method under the complex condition, which provides a reference for the analysis and design of similar selfleveling hydraulic system.
