It was explained of the difference between industrial robot and computer numbercial control (CNC) machine tool in terms of function, purpose, structure, and technical specifications. It was also analyzed and comparied of control system, operation and programming, and drive system between industrial robot and mechanical arm. It was described of the difference among industrial robot, CNC machine tool and mechanical arm as well.
