    摘要:

    以大型数控曲轴磨床、重型轧辊磨床和用于核电装备制造的重型数控镗铣床等为研究对象,研究了这类装备关键部件信号采集、故障诊断与预警技术,研制了现场监测与故障诊断仪,建立了这类装备的故障诊断知识库,开发了数控机床故障预警与诊断模型和数控机床故障预警与诊断平台,实现了轧辊数控磨床、数控曲轴磨床和重型数控镗铣床等机床的状态显示、故障诊断和性能预报。

    Abstract:

    The object of this study is large computer numercial control (CNC) crankshaft grinder, heavy roll grinder and heavy duty CNC boring and milling machine used for nuclear power equipment manufacturing. Signal acquisition, fault diagnosis, and early warning technology were studied for key parts of these equipments. The instrument used for field monitoring and fault diagnosis was developed, and fault diagnosis knowledge base was established for them. Then the computer numerical control (CNC) machine tool fault early warning and diagnosis model and CNC machine tool fault early warning and diagnosis platform was developed. It implements the following functions: the status can be displayed, the fault can be diagnosed, the performance can be predicted for CNC roll grinder, CNC crankshaft grinding machine and Heavy duty CNC boring and milling machine, and etc.
