    摘要:

    保压是炸药模压成型中的重要工序。分析并计算6 MN油压机泄漏速度,根据结果选用合适型号的蓄能器和比例减压阀在6 MN油压机的保压过程中进行补压。结果表明:系统能够在20 MPa最大工作压力下保压120 min,且压力误差小于±0.1 MPa。

    Abstract:

    As an important process of explosive molding compression,the accuracy of pressure maintaining would affect the quality and safety of the product. The leak rate of 6 MN precision hydraulic press machine was analyzed and calculated. Based on the results,the suitable type accumlator and proportional pressure reducing valve were used to supplement pressure in the pressure maintaining process of 6 MN hydraulic press machine. The results show that the system pressure can maintain in 20 MPa for 120 min,and the pressure error is less than ±0.1 MPa.
