    摘要:

    针对压机液压系统的故障诊断困难问题,通过分析压机液压系统的工作原理和常见故障,提出了一种基于CBRFAT的压机液压系统故障诊断专家系统。简述了专家系统的基本知识和CLIPS的推理过程;论述了基于CLIPS的液压故障案例的知识表示、故障树的知识表示、规则推理的方法;最后探讨了故障推理机制在专家系统故障诊断中的实现。试验表明,该系统能够较好地实现压机液压系统故障的诊断。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the difficulties in the fault diagnosis on the hydraulic system of press, through analyzing the work principle of the hydraulic system and the common faults of press, the fault diagnosis expert system on the hydraulic system of press based on CBRFAT was proposed. The basic knowledge of expert system and the reasoning process of CLIPS were introduced. Based on CLIPS, knowledge representation of hydraulic fault cases and the methods of knowledge represention and rulebased reasoning on fault tree were illustrated. Accomplishment of the fault reasoning mechanism in the fault diagnosis expert system was discussed finally. The experiment shows that the system can realize the fault diagnosis on the hydraulic system of press well.
