    摘要:

    螺栓连接是机床装配的重要组成部分,其装配应力的均匀性是精密装配的重要保证。采用了一种基于应变测试的装配应力测试方法,研究了结合面粗糙度对单螺栓连接应力特性的影响规律。实验验证了通过试件侧面上的点进行应变测试能正确的反应出试件内部的应力特性。研究结果表明:随着结合面粗糙度的增大,在相同预紧力下,沿着螺栓方向的压缩应变增大。

    Abstract:

    Bolt joints are the important part of the assembly in machine tool, and the uniformity of the assembly stress is the main assurance of the precise assembly. An assembly stress test method was used based on strain test, aiming at the single bolt joint, the law of influence was researched of the interface roughness on the bolt joint of stress characteristics. The experiment indicated that the inside stress characteristics of the workpiece could be expressed accurately by the test points set in the side face of the workpiece. The research result shows that with the increasing of the roughness of the joint interface, the compression strain in the direction along the bolt joint is increased when preloaded by the same stress.
