Abstract:In aircraft structural strength test, servo valve(SV) is chosen by named flow, and hydraulic actuator(HA) is chosen by load capacity and stroke. Dynamic characteristics of SV and HA may be not considered fully, which affect dynamic characteristic of valve controlled asymmetrical cylinder. For this, transfer function on SV and HA were introduced. Dynamic behavior of valve controlled asymmetrical cylinder was simulated and analyzed, frequency response curve for SV and HA were obtained. The simulated result show that the cutoff frequency can measure matching to valve controlled cylinder, the lowest frequency is 10 Hz.
