摘要:

将外置旋转编码器直接与丝杆连接，通过设置FANUC数控系统参数以及改变安装要求，减小了测量误差，提高了直线进给坐标轴检测精度，提高了机床的性价比。

Abstract:

The external rotary encoder was connected with the screw. Through setting up the FANUC NC system parameters and changing the installation requirements, measuring error was reduced. The precision of linear feed axis was improved. So the cost performance was increased.
