    摘要:

    现阶段的大多数用于气体轴承实验的气源系统,供气压力低,所需气体流量小,因此均采用小流量、压力变化缓慢的气源系统,这种情况也导致了气体轴承的承载能力较小。为了研究高压、大流量气体轴承的特性,基于LabVIEW平台,开发了用于高压气体轴承试验的暂冲气源管道系统的测试系统,该系统不仅给气体轴承提供了良好的平台, 也可通过测量暂冲气源放气过程的流场参数来分析整个管道系统的流场特性, 同时可为其他气源系统试验台的设计开发提供参考。

    Abstract:

    At present, most air source systems for gas bearing test have low air pressure supply and in need small gas flow, so the pneumatic system is adopted which has small flow and slow change of pressure,which also leads to the smaller bearing capacity. The characteristics of the high pressure and large flow gas bearing were studied. Based on the LabVIEW platform, the test system of blowdown gas pipeline system for high pressure gas bearing trail was developed, which not only provided a good paltform for gas bearing, but also analyzed the characteristics of flow field of overall pipeline system by testing flow parameters during discharge of the intermittent air source. Reference is provided for design and development for other test platform of air source system.
