    摘要:

    以SY235型液压挖掘机的双阀芯多路阀原型为研究对象,建立了挖掘机主泵、单阀芯多路阀、双阀芯多路阀和执行机构等液压模块及整机运动学的联合仿真模型,并以单阀芯SY235C8M和双阀芯样机SY235C8S为平台搭建了两个整机实验系统,验证了模型的正确性,并进行了比较分析。结果表明:与单阀芯相比,双阀芯多路阀控制的油缸压力小,功率消耗小;双阀芯系统中的油缸压力在先到达峰值的情况下比单阀芯系统先达到稳态;在位移响应上也是双阀芯系统稍快。

    Abstract:

    Based on SY235 type single multiway valve valve excavator and dual multiway valve prototype, hydraulic module model of the excavator main pump, single valve, dual vale and actuator were built with AMESIM, excavator kinematics model was established by ADAMS, which was verified through dynamic simulation. Basing on SY235C8M type and SY235C8S,the two excavator experiment systems were built. Basing on these excavators, by doing same tests on two excavator experiment systems, the result shows that comparing with the single valve, cylinder pressure of dual valve control system is small, power consumption is smaller, more efficient; the cylinder pressure of dual valve control system get peak first, exist mutation fluctuations at the beginning of the action, and achieve steady state quickly than single valve control system; displacement response of dual valve control system was also faster.
