    摘要:

    针对激光超声信号的特点,基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器技术,采用NI PCI-5114高速数字化仪获取双波混合干涉仪输出的电压信号,通过数字平均法提高信噪比,最后利用MATLAB的小波函数进行小波去噪,设计了激光超声数据采集与处理,具有用户界面简洁友好的特点。利用该系统对X80管线钢进行实验,结果表明:该系统可以有效去除信号中的干扰噪声,实现管线钢便面缺陷的检测。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the characteristics of laser ultrasonic signal, based on LabVIEW virtual instrument technology, voltage signal of twowave mixing interferometer was acquired through the highspeed digitizer NI PCI5114. By using digital average method to improve the signal to noise ratio (SNR), finally wavelet denoising was carried out by using the wavelet function in MATLAB, and laser ultrasonic data acquisition and processing were designed, which had characteristics of simple and userfriendly interface. The testing experiments were done on X80 pipeline steel by using this system. The results show that the system can remove the noise interference in the signal, and implement detection of pipeline steel surface crack defect efficiently.
