A new WIM technology based on rubber oil pipe was put forward, and a portable WIM system was developed. The rubber highpressure oil pipe was proposed as the sensitive element of WIM system. The dynamic test including vehicle load and speed, static characteristic test, frequency response characteristic test were made and the test results were compared. The feasibility and superiority of rubber oil pipe as weighing sensitive element were verified further through comparison analysis.It provides reference for the development of automobile weighinginmotion device based on rubber oil pipe.
