    摘要:

    提出一种基于橡胶油管的车辆行驶称重技术,并研制一种基于此技术的便携式车辆行驶称重系统,将橡胶高压油管作为WIM系统的敏感元件,通过油管传感器的车辆载荷和车速两方面影响因素进行动态试验、静态特性试验和频响特性试验,对得到的动态特性曲线和静态特性曲线进行对比,进一步验证了其作为称重敏感元件的可行性和优越性。为橡胶油管式汽车行驶称重仪的研制提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    A new WIM technology based on rubber oil pipe was put forward, and a portable WIM system was developed. The rubber highpressure oil pipe was proposed as the sensitive element of WIM system. The dynamic test including vehicle load and speed, static characteristic test, frequency response characteristic test were made and the test results were compared. The feasibility and superiority of rubber oil pipe as weighing sensitive element were verified further through comparison analysis.It provides reference for the development of automobile weighinginmotion device based on rubber oil pipe.
