    摘要:

    轴承在市场上有着广泛的应用,但高可靠性、高精度使用环境下的轴承几乎全部依赖进口,要改变这一现状,必须先改变制造理念。根据工作经验,参阅大量文献,分析了轴承套圈加工工艺流程,设计了轴承套圈锻造加工系统结构,实现了优化要素配置、做精每一道工序的制造理念,得出了有益结论。

    Abstract:

    Bearing has been widely used in market, but bearing used in high reliability, high accuracy environment is almost entirely depended on imports. To change this situation, manufacturing philosophy must be changed first. Based on years of work experience, by referring to the large number of documents, the bearing ring machining process was analyzed and bearing ring forging system structure was designed, to achieve optimal factor allocation, manufacturing concepts of doing fine every process.Then useful conclusions were drawn.
