    摘要:

    建立先导式活塞截止阀的数字样机,分析其工作原理,并借助计算流体力学仿真软件FLUENT对阀芯卸荷结构进行动态数值模拟仿真分析。结果表明:阀芯与阀盖内腔截面百分比为15%、卸荷槽与阀盖内腔高度百分比为50%、先导孔与阻尼腔截面百分比为7%、阻尼腔与阀芯截面百分比为30%时,先导杆开启形成负压最大;为先导式活塞截止阀以及其他阀门的结构设计及优化提供理论参考。

    Abstract:

    The digital prototype of a pilotoperated piston shutoff valve was established, and the principle of the pilotoperated piston shutoff valve was introduced. The dynamic numerical simulation analysis of spool unloading structure was made with the CFD simulation software FLUENT. The results show that: the percentage of spool occupied bonnet cavity cross section is 15%, the percentage of unloading tank occupied bonnet cavity height is 50%, the percentage of pilot hole occupied dampening chamber section is 7%, the percentage of the damping chamber occupied the spool cross section is 30%, the negative pressure value resulted in pilot lever is maximal. It provides theoretical references for the structure design and optimization of pilotoperated piston shutoff valve or other valves.
