    摘要:

    针对目前国内磨床加工过程缺少一体式智能实时监控且现有监测方式响应速度慢的问题,设计了以TMS320F28335、S3C2416处理器为核心的磨床声发射实时监控系统,实现了磨床声发射信号的实时采集显示和信号奇异点的特征频率计算,并通过奇异点特征频率能量值的阈值设定完成了磨床的动态控制。该系统可与国内大部分数控磨床实现快速配置,具有很强的兼容性,并且体积小、稳定性高,能够较好地满足高效率磨床加工的要求。

    Abstract:

    The realtime acoustic emission monitoring system for grinder was designed to overcome the questions which included the lack of integrated intelligent realtime monitoring and the problem of slower response velocity of current monitoring modes in China. In the system, processors of S3C2416, TMS320F28335 were taken as the core by which the realtime acoustic emission signals of grinder were collected and displayed, and the characteristic frequency of singular point of the signals was calculated. The dynamic control to grinding machine was finished by the way of setting the threshold value of the characteristic frequency energy. The system has the advantages of strong compatibility, small size and higher stability which can be configured with the CNC grinding machine quickly and then meets the processing requirements of high efficiency grinding machine.
