Abstract:In order to explore the deformation mechanism of thinwalled shell parts processing and to carry on control, then to reduce the impact on various types of machining accuracy, a typical thinwalled shell part was analyzed. Starting from the technology conditions of the parts, the structure characteristics and process performance of the product were analyzed. Through the finite element software, the influences of the cutting force and fixture clamping force on the product deformation were analyzed to research its deformation mechanism. According to the analysis conclusion, a set of fixture was designed. Practice shows that the fixture structure is simple, its operation is convenient, so the influence of machining deformation on machining precision of product with weak stiffness is reduced greatly.
