Taking a brick machine in a certain factory as the research object, a complete simulation model was built. By means of CMEXS functions, the program equivalent to PLC control was written and connected to the simulation model. The hydraulic circuit was improved. The pressure and displacement curves were obtained through cosimulation, which demonstrated the rationality and superiority of the improved system.
