Taking a brick machine in a certain factory as the research object, a complete simulation model was built. By means of CMEXS functions, the program equivalent to PLC control was written and connected to the simulation model. The hydraulic circuit was improved. The pressure and displacement curves were obtained through cosimulation, which demonstrated the rationality and superiority of the improved system.
